Frequency Immersion
We Heal With Sounds and Breathing
Since our founding in 2025 we've dedicated ourselves to create healing experiences on a deeper level. Through our growth have been invited to bring these experiences to notable events such as corporate gatherings, and large spiritual festivals as well as healing the local community.

Sound is the most human and non-invasive healing practices. We use these vibrations to focus your mind as well as sympathetically vibrate your body in harmony.

Custom Meditation
We performed a custom meditation regarding our humanity and how to have emotional connections before a district training, in order to help the agents be more in touch with their emotions in regards to making sales.

Sound Healing
What is it?
At S&S healing we focus on the practical side of spirituality, that is to say we use it in the most practical way possible. We use sound as a vehicle to focus your mind and settle your heart.

Sound Baths & Sound Healing

What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative, immersive experience where participants are “bathed” in sound waves produced by instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, tuning forks, and even the human voice. Rather than making music in a traditional sense, the goal is to create sustained tones, harmonics, and vibrations that promote relaxation and inner balance. Sessions can be done in groups or one-on-one, and participants typically lie down or sit comfortably with eyes closed, allowing the sound to wash over them.

Origins and History
Many cultures have used sound for healing and spiritual practice for thousands of years. Examples include: Tibetan Singing Bowls – Traditionally used by Himalayan monks for meditation and ritual. Gongs – Used in Asia for ceremonial purposes and as a way to shift consciousness. Chanting & Mantras – Common in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Gregorian traditions as a way to focus the mind and create vibrational resonance. Drumming – Integral in Indigenous and shamanic traditions for trance induction and community.
